Prayer

1 Thessalonians 5:17 says:

Pray without ceasing.

I have just returned from a Mighty Men Conference in the Maluti mountains, it was an exceptional weekend.  We saw the Holy Spirit move very, very specially amongst the people, a gentle but a strong Spirit, much weeping, much repentance.  We spoke about the power of prayer.

My dear friend, we really need to start to pray.  Many of us are not having the victory because we are not following up our prayer requests with corporate prayer and individual prayer.  Prayer is a lifestyle, it is not something we do for five minutes in the morning, it’s a way of life.  I have studied all the giants in the Bible and every single one of them were prayer warriors.  David, the one who slew Goliath, had all day, every day to spend talking and singing to God when he was minding his father, Jessie’s sheep.  We really need to get into our spirit man that we need to pray.

Jesus bless you as you pray as a way of life, rather than as an exercise.

Yours in Christ Service
