He Who Calls You is Faithful

As we face the end of another year many of us might have had a few disappointments during 2016.

Maybe you did not quite succeed in your goals, maybe you did not realize your dream for this year. Well, we are not alone because the Apostle Paul, who wrote two thirds of the New Testament, and who had a personal, on-on-one encounter with the living Christ, said, “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.” (Philippians 3:12)

So therefore, you and I need to keep on going, and not lose heart because, He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

I honestly believe, with all my heart, that the best has yet to come for us who believe.
