Exit to Enter
The Children of Israel had to exit Egypt through the Red Sea, which opened miraculously for them, in order to enter the promised land through the river Jordan, which also opened miraculously for them.
We must leave the old if we want to enter the new.
The Bible tells us very clearly in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new".
As the old saying goes: "You can't have your cake and eat it".
We need to leave the past and move on to the new. Jesus states very clearly in Matthew 12:30, "He who is not with me is against Me, And he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad".
No time to sit on the fence, it is time to let our 'Yes be yes', and our 'No be no' - Then we shall experience that blessed peace we are seeking after.
God Bless,
