MEETING IN JESUS COUNTRY

September 2023

We have some very exciting news to share with you.

Dear friends, the Lord has laid it on our hearts to take a group of pilgrims to the Holy Land, Israel, next year, September 2023. I want to encourage you to pray about this, get a word from God and speak to your friends and family because I want to tell you it will transform your life!

Stargate International Group Tour Operators will be organising the tours, and Uncle Angus will be speaking at various points along the tour. All tour correspondence will be with Stargate International Group Tour Operators. This is the proposed tour option, final itinerary and costs can be confirmed with them (click to expand for more information):

    Day 1: MONDAY 4 September
    Depart Johannesburg for Istanbul. Overnight FLIGHT (L*)(D*)

    Day 2: TUESDAY 5 September
    Early morning arrival in Istanbul. Connect to light for arrival in Tel Aviv. Visit to Bethlehem Shepherds’ fields. Transfer to Tiberias hotel and store luggage until check-in time. Overnight TIBERIAS (B*)(D)

    Day 3: WEDNESDAY 6 September
    Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha, Mensa Christi, Capernaum. Evening Jesus Country meeting cruise-event on the sea of Galilee. Overnight in TIBERIAS (B)(D)

    Day 4: THURSDAY 7 September
    Nazareth, Mount Carmel, Megiddo, Caesarea. Jesus Country meeting in Jerusalem. Overnight JERUSALEM (B)(D)

    Day 5: FRIDAY 8 September
    City of David, Mount of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, Peter in Gallicantu, Upper room. Overnight in JERUSALEM (B)(D)

    Day 6: SATURDAY 9 September
    Pool of Bethesda, via Dolorosa (way of the Cross), Western Wall, Garden Tomb. Overnight JERUSALEM (B)(D)

    Day 7: SUNDAY 10 September
    Early morning meeting in Jesus Country river Jordan baptism event. Continue for a visit to Masada and the Dead Sea. Overnight DEAD SEA (B)(D)

    Day 8: MONDAY 11 September
    Morning at leisure. Ein Gedi, Qumran, Transfer to the airport for the flight to Istanbul. Connect to flight for Johannesburg. Overnight FLIGHT (B)(D)

    Day 9: TUESDAY 12 September

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

 
 

  • All travellers will require a valid passport. Passports must be valid until 6 months after your return from abroad (until end April 2024).

  • It will be hot at this time of the year. Travellers will require light, cool clothing that protects them from the sun. Bathing suits and towels, and personal effects should be packed. Bedding is provided.

    All medication must be carried in your hand-luggage.

    Prescription medication must be accompanied by a prescription note.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE is strongly recommended, covering against unforeseen incidents and can be purchased when reserving your space on tour. Travel insurance must be paid together with your first deposit for reservation in order to ensure the validity of the maximum benefit the policy offers. It is the responsibility of the passenger to familiarise oneself with the policy wording and exclusions. The Organising Agents will not be held responsible for any claims rejected by the insurance company

  • Travellers including Egypt or Jordan to the travel plans, will be issued with visas on arrival, pre-arranged via the organising agents’ office.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a reservation being cancelled. With cancellation the Organising Agents also reserves the right to retain (or invoice the passenger if tour price payment has not yet been received) the whole or part of the tour price if any costs were incurred for or on behalf of the passenger as well as legal costs should it be necessary to take legal action to recover these costs incurred.   • Note that all restrictions have been lifted for travel to Israel, Egypt and Jordan.
