Food and Drink

Isaiah 55:1

Ho! Everyone who thirsts,
Come to the waters;
And you who have no money,
Come, buy and eat.
Yes, come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without price.

My dear Lord Jesus, thank you very much for what you did at Calvary for a sinner like me. Even though I had no money, You said, come and buy wine and milk without money and without price. You said buy and eat.

Even though I had nothing, yet You still fed and clothed me for free.  But it wasn’t really free, because You paid for it Jesus, in full, with your very life and with that great price. You gave us that great gift freely.  So now, we can come, thirsty and hungry, and You give us, Your loved ones, food and drink, as much as we need, for as long as we need it. Thank you!  Amen and because He lives, I can face tomorrow!
