Overcomer

This morning, the Lord Jesus is reminding me that it is the overcomer, the one who holds out, and holds on till the end, it is he alone that shall eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

We need to finish the race; we cannot give up halfway and then expect the Lord to undertake. We must press on Philippians 3:12 tells me the following:

Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

Amen!                                                                                                             

I receive this instruction Lord Jesus, and by your grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, I shall be an overcomer and lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus also laid hold of me.
