Good Success
As we are already well into the New Year, we need to make quality decisions going forward.
Because of the terribly thin margins we are working with in life, we cannot afford to make mistakes and have to do something twice over, in order to get it right - it is just too costly. Whether it be in business, agriculture, sports, university, school, in the home or in the ministry - We have to get it right the first time!
The Lord tells us clearly and simply, in the Book of Joshua, chapter 1 verse 8: “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
Everything you and I need in order to have a truly successful year is found in the Bible. All we need do is to consult it daily, obey it absolutely and God will ensure that the result shall be positive. But as soon as we depart from it, even ever so slightly, and compromise its directives, we will fail totally.
So this year extreme discipline is needed, faithfully reading God’s Word daily, and then putting it into practice.
