No Guile
Sitting in my hotel room in Jerusalem early in the morning, having showered and dressed - I wait with great anticipation, to go to The Knesset (Parliament), to meet the Israeli leaders. The Lord Jesus has once again reminded me, so clearly through the scriptures, that it is the truth, the Bible itself, that shall bring peace to the land.
Zephaniah 3 : 13
It is up to us, the very remnant of Israel, to stand for righteousness and truth in these last days. If we do and say as the Lord Jesus has prescribed, then we shall know, and experience, real peace. And not be afraid of the powers of darkness, or the lies of the evil one.
We are to speak no guile (Revelation 14:5). It is the truth, who is in actual fact Jesus Christ, who sets us free - nothing, and no one else.
That is why Jesus knew and loved Nathaniel so much:
“An Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile (deceit)”
Again we see in the book of Isaiah 63:8, the Lord states clearly:
“Surely they are My people, Children who will not lie".
If we want peace of mind and sweet fellowship with Jesus, we must at all times speak the truth. Then we will have no need to be afraid of anything, or anyone! Amen.
