Hope

My dear wife, Jill, has got a little plaque up on the wall in the kitchen. It says: "Where there is tea, there is Hope." I want to speak to you about a different kind of hope. Hebrews 11:1 tells us the meaning of faith:

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Faith is for now, but hope is for the future, and where there is no hope, there is no expectation. If there is no light at the end of the tunnel, then a person becomes extremely afraid, depressed and stressed out. The hope we have is Jesus Christ and Him alone. He is our hope and our vision.

If you do not have hope today, ask the Lord Jesus Christ to give you a fresh vision for 2025, and He will do so. Then, write it down and make it plain so others can run with it. Habakkuk 2:2:

Then the Lord answered me and said: "Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it."

God bless you, and have a wonderful week.
