He is Alive!
“The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”
So he said to them, (this is Thomas) “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”...
“And Thomas answered and said to Him, (to Jesus) “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those (that is you and I, my dear friend) who have not seen and yet have believed.”
You know without faith you cannot believe in the resurrection. What is faith? Well, Hebrews 11:1 says: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Augustine said:
“Faith is to believe what you cannot see but the reward of that faith is to see what you believe.”
I have been to the tomb, I have been to Jerusalem... I want to tell you it is empty! "Why is it empty, Angus?" Because Jesus rose from the dead. He is alive I tell you - He is not dead. But how do we know, have you ever seen Him? Well, the answer is: “Yes, I have.” I see Him every single day.
I see Him in the sunrise in the early morning, I see Him in the face of a newborn baby, I see Him when I see an old married couple of 50 years still holding hands and loving each other. I have seen Him in the miracle that took place when the Revival Train left the station.
Oh yes - as the programme was being aired we got reports from Brazil, Britain, Scotland, Mauritius, Australia, New Zealand, Somalia, Myanmar, South Africa - all over South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, the United States of America, Namibia, Kenya - Yes! And then this morning I got a message from God TV International to confirm that our messages are being translated into Hindi. Hindi is the major language of the second biggest population group in the whole world - in India.
Jesus Christ is alive I tell you and He is on the move, He is coming back very soon! Just believe it.
