Do Good

It is Tuesday morning, 25th of January, the year 2022, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today.

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have the opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”

Galatians 6:9

I believe this morning the Lord is telling us not to give up - Do not grow weary, we don’t even know how close we are to victory. With that rebellious child in the house, keep on persevering, keep on loving that child and they will come through. In that relationship at work, you say, “Angus, I can’t work with that guy anymore - Keep on and don’t grow weary. Keep putting your best foot forward and God will do the rest.

This lockdown which has been breaking people down all over the world, I really believe it is about to lift and God is still on the throne. Continue today making good plans, remember Jesus is with us.

“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?”

Hebrews 13:6

Folks, it took Moses forty years in the wilderness. God was getting him ready to undertake a mammoth task - Taking a whole nation out of Egypt, through the desert and into the promised land. It doesn’t happen overnight.

For many of us, these last couple of years has been extremely tough. I know that but I really believe with all my heart that we are about to embrace a new season. It is coming just like it always does and we are so very excited.

Remember, Proverbs 29:18:

“Where there is no vision, the people perish”

Don’t miss this opportunity of doing good. Write down that vision, make it plain so that others can run with it. I have never been so excited in my life, 2022 is a new beginning, a new opportunity to do good to one another. Let's go out today, don’t lose heart.

Remember, if Christ is for you, there is no man that can ever stand against you.
