Wisdom And Understanding

I greet you in Jesus’ precious name! It is Tuesday morning, the 14th of March, 2023, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. 

We start off in the Book of Job, they say the oldest book in the Bible.

"Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, And to depart from evil is understanding.”  
Job 28:28

”The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens;…”  
Proverbs 3:19

“My son, let them not depart from your eyes—
Keep sound wisdom and discretion;
So they will be life to your soul
And grace to your neck.”
Proverbs 3:21

Like never, ever before, we need the mind of Christ! Wisdom and understanding do not come from the lecture halls of the world. No, wisdom and understanding come from the closet, from the quiet time room, from spending time with Jesus early in the morning, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. 

”But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” 
Matthew 6:33
