Cloud Watchers
“So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”
Jesus is coming back very soon - The signs are all evident all over the world! If we just read the word, the Lord has already warned us. You and I are a band of cloud watchers, that is right!
“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
Luke 21:28
What a day that will be!
Jesus says when the fig tree produces new leaves then you know that summer is near. Well, when you see these signs on the earth, be sure the Lord is coming very, very soon.
You know the good farmer - he gets ready to put in his new crop in the offseason, okay. He services his tractors, he prepares his land, he makes sure that his seed and fertilizer are safely stored away in the shed, ready for the day when the rain comes. His implements are well-oiled and ready for action. The foolish farmer waits for the first rains to start falling and then he scrambles to try to get prepared but it is already too late because the first rains are always the best. You and I must be ready because Jesus is not coming soon - He is on His way I tell you!
We need to keep short accounts with men and with God... I have written that in my Bible, in the last chapter, under the last verse in the Book of Revelation. Keep watching the clouds because maybe today, we will see the coming of The Master!
