Shout it From The Rooftops
This is not the time to be a silent believer, Jesus says it very clearly in the Gospel of Matthew 10:32-33:
“Therefore whoever confesses me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father who is in heaven.”
People need the Lord Jesus like never ever before, and for many, they will only ever hear the Gospel, and see it, through our lives!
The Message Bible translation puts it very well when it says in Matthew 10:26-27: "Don't be intimidated." Eventually everything is going to be out in the open, and everyone will know how things really are. So don't hesitate to go public now. Don't be bluffed into silence by the threats of bullies. There's nothing they can do to your soul, your core being. Save your fear for God, who holds your entire life body and soul in His hands.
So while there is still freedom of speech, let us tell the whole world that Jesus is Lord!
