RESURRECTION

Last Sunday was Resurrection Sunday and today we are worshipping a Risen Lord and Saviour... Oh, I just want to tell you it is such a wonderful thing to know that our Lord is not dead in the grave. You can go to that tomb, I’ve been there in Jerusalem, and the tomb is empty - There are no bones in that tomb! There might be bones in other tombs but not in the tomb of Jesus because He’s not dead - He is ALIVE! 

"But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.”
Mark 16: 6 (NKJV)

We need to understand that our risen Saviour is coming back very soon to take us to be with Him in paradise. But until then we need to keep on keeping on. If we go to verse 15 of the same chapter Mark 16:15 (NKJV), the last thing that Jesus said before He went to heaven was: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” - It’s a commandment. Preaching is not just by word only, in fact, sometimes that’s the least effective way. It’s by action, by demonstration and by lifestyle.

Let us go out into all the world this week and let people see us by who we are and not so much by what we say.
