Trust in God
The Bible tells us clearly in the Book of Psalms 20:7 (NKJV),
“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.”
If ever we needed to trust in the undiluted Word of God, it is now. This is not a time to question or to doubt the authenticity of the written Word of God. The Lord tells us very clearly that heaven and earth will pass away but My Words will never pass away. When there is so much confusion in the world about which way to go, what to do, what not to do - I think there is more confusion than ever before - the simplicity and the purity of God’s Word is definitely our rock.
We need to trust in Him and in Him alone. I don’t think Psalm 91 has ever been quoted as much as I’ve heard it quoted in these last couple of years.
Psalm 91:1-2 (NKJV),
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.””
Today, trust in the Word of God, it has never ever failed anyone, it will not fail you or I today. We can listen to the counsel of the elders, and we can listen to the counsel of the so-called experts, but at the end of the day, it’s what the Lord Jesus Christ impresses upon our hearts through His written Word, which will keep us safe and keep us on the right road.
Jesus bless you
