So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

We have got to look at this pandemic through the Eyes of God. Not through the eyes of man otherwise, the devil will paralyze us through his lies. Do you know the cobra, that snake? It paralyzes that little mouse, all that mouse has to do is to run away but he just sits there looking at that cobra until the cobra consumes him.

We have got to look through the eyes of faith in these days in which we are living.
Jesus says: “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!” Matthew 6:22

The way in which you and I look at things is the way in which you become. I want to ask you a question. Is that glass of water half full, or is it half empty? Well, as believers in Jesus Christ, we believe it is half-full.

Are you looking at the situation that you are going through at the moment, through the Eyes of God or through the eyes of the world?

People get caught up in that hellish thing called pornography and they say to me often, they write to me, and they say: “I can’t stop looking at it and it is poisoning me.” All you have to do today is to stop looking at it and start looking at Jesus.

People who are suffering from depression - they are watching the most horrific programmes on television... and you wonder why you are in a state of depression! We have got to start looking at the good news.

Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me.”

Philippians 4:19 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Job, the farmer, said: “Even though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” That is the kind of faith God is looking at. Job 13:15

“I will never leave you,” Jesus says, “I will never forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5.

And lastly Isaiah 45:22: “Look unto Me, and be saved.”

That is the scripture that saved one of the greatest preachers of all time - Charles Haddon Spurgeon, the prince of preachers.

Today, go out and look at the situation through God’s Eyes!
Have a wonderful day.
